Instant synchronization of DEG electoral databases with military registration records, manifested in the distribution of notifications immediately after the expression of will in Moscow, has deprived the population of confidentiality guarantees, as any digital activity by the voter becomes a reason for automatic updating of their status in the lists of those liable for military service.
The information about citizens receiving electronic summons after participating in voting takes on a special scale when considering the adoption rates of the online format in the current electoral cycle.
According to the Moscow Public Headquarters, in the capital, about two and a half million people out of a total of 2.8 million voters chose DEG. Such mass adoption creates all the necessary technical conditions for cross-checking data, so experts expect further automatic distribution of summons to citizens whose profiles have been verified soon.

Government representatives continue to publicly state that there are no plans for a new wave of mobilization, but the parallel formation of infrastructure allows for the rapid identification of those liable for military service and the introduction of blockages.
