Yesterday around 11:30, the Russians once again attacked Kharkiv with a drone. They killed a woman, and 6 more people were injured. The Russians also attacked a farm in Rakitne. They killed two people, and 6 were injured.
They do this because they can. All delegations, including European and American ones, who came to participate in SPIEF, contribute to the continuation of Russian killings in Ukraine.

1. The attack on the oil terminal in St. Petersburg has already been reviewed. Information about the damage will come later, but preliminarily – it wasn’t so much the tanks that were affected, but the technological pipelines between them, possibly hitting the pipes to the oil loading dock. This means they can extinguish the fire quickly, but it will affect operations.
It’s interesting to see how the Russians will explain the breakthrough of a UAV to Petersburg. Which NATO country will they accuse of aiding?
Also, the psychological effect is colossal. It’s pleasing that, unlike in Moscow, there’s almost no outcry of “Why us?!” Tomorrow we’ll summarize the public reaction.
2. An undeniable military success – the striking of the corvette “Boykiy” in the dry dock of Kronstadt. By design, the base of any fleet is a fortress. The base in Petersburg is a fortress within a fortress. In addition to ground air defense elements, ships should protect themselves. Plus, not only themselves but also entrusted objects (including oil ports). There are enough forces and technical means there. The question is readiness. Experience has shown that coastal defense and watch on ships are not ready for self-defense.
I’m more than sure today all respectable navies in the world will review the video of the Russian corvette’s strike. Because this is the reality that suddenly everyone found themselves in. 950 km in a straight line from the nearest launch point, through layered defense.
Paradoxical: the corvette “Boykiy” repeatedly escorted Russian tankers in the Baltic Sea and the English Channel. All great maritime powers feared to touch it. Now it was caught by Ukrainian drones.
The downside of this success: why escalate with Russia if the Ukrainians are coping more or less? Because the Russians are changing and increasing their readiness. And the tasks of the Leningrad military district are not going anywhere. Ukraine could significantly reduce its potential with adequate support. Apparently, the Europeans want to leave more for themselves to show valor.
3. Throughout the day, the list of objects covered with care yesterday and today will be replenished.
The Progress plant in Michurinsk (Tambov region) got nervous, but the real damage is not yet clear.
Unambiguous positive in halting the operation of the Zenzevatka NPS (Volgograd region). In September 2025, I already described an accentuated visit to it. This is all about nibbling at the flow of oil and petroleum products to Novorossiysk and to the refineries of the Krasnodar region.
4. Crimea did not remain unnoticed. For several days in a row, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are gathering a harvest in the area of the “Saki” airfield in Novofedorivka.
The General Staff announced the strike on the radio engineering system of short-range navigation (RSBN) 4N. And rightly so. Russians should accept that no air defense will help them in Crimea, they need to leave.
