“Do not interfere with the government in waging war,” we often hear in response to criticism.
No, it’s not like that. The Defense Forces are fighting. The government must ensure. Under the control of society. One mechanism – precisely parliamentary oversight.
So that questions like “Where is our ballistics? Where are the strikes on launch points? How is pressure on objects in Russia increasing?” and others are not just shaking fists in front of the screen, but compelling the government to act.
Because the show is dragging on, and there are no results.
40 days of “compelling Putin to peace” did not compel him to anything.
Endless meetings of the NSDC and bets do not yield results. The promised “by summer” missiles have been postponed to promises for autumn.
Endless self-praise does not reflect in results, and looking for the guilty outside does not allow solving problems.
Without control, nothing will change.
Corrupt officials must be held accountable – anti-corruption bodies have promised this long ago.
The people must be heard – and the government’s hopes for the anti-Maidan to fade away should not come true.
The dynasty has once again believed in its safety. That they have slipped through. Because ballistic strikes are not heard from bunkers.
They need to be disillusioned in this. Otherwise, their chronic inability to act effectively will disappoint us all.
No ballistic missile has been shot down…

But what do we have as of now? No Minister of Defense. No Minister of Foreign Affairs. No Ambassador to the USA. No shelter law.
Empty chairs in the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have been standing since July 16. These are precisely the two people who should now be getting missiles from partners and knocking on the doors of Washington, Berlin, Brussels every day. Instead—acting duties without a mandate, while the monomajority is on vacation until August 18.
The shelter bill No. 15397, which our faction submitted back in 2023, is still not passed. In July, we re-registered it: it is revised, with guaranteed access to shelters, requirements for their condition, and clear responsibility of the balance holders.
Plans for resilience, invincibility, and other planning stages are only at the development stage. With less than three months until the heating season and no air defense missiles, we must strengthen the protection of energy facilities, ensure backup power for hospitals and water utilities, and implement distributed generation — this needs to be done now!
Thank you to the State Emergency Service and medics who worked under fire today. Thank you to the police, utility workers, energy workers, and railway workers who restored movement by morning. Thank you to our air defense forces and everyone who stayed awake last night.

I know what I’m talking about. My enterprises have also suffered dozens of missile strikes, including ballistic ones. The most terrifying is the loss of our workers due to this.
The government must be accountable for its wartime obligations.
Where is private air defense?
Where is partner-supported and our effective antiballistics?
Where is the business war risk insurance, including reinsurance from partners? We demand a moratorium on inspections of affected businesses without observing statute limitations.
Where are the mechanisms for compensating business losses from frozen Russian assets?

Regarding government communications with citizens.
About the form: empty uniform videos have frankly become annoying.
Reports on conferences, meetings, gatherings have become irritating.
Broken promises undermine trust.
About substance: we don’t need public reports on how many ballistic missiles arrived. We hear that already. We need maximum non-public efforts to destroy the enemy’s missile capabilities.
Do not frighten with hunger and shortages of winter products. There may be temporary logistics issues, but this should not happen.
Do not say that more than three days without sewage in a large city is unsustainable — solutions are needed to prevent this!
Do not frighten with toxic effects after an ammonia leak. It is necessary to inform promptly on how to react to dangerous air pollution and wind directions.
It’s necessary not to urge people to leave Kyiv in winter (those who wanted and could leave have long had that opportunity, including abroad), but to understand that most people simply do not have the resources (money, cars, “backup places”) to leave. And yes, it might be necessary to be prepared for partial evacuation (at least of children, the sick, the elderly, and other vulnerable groups).
Responsibility should not be shifted to citizens! The government and those who took positions in such difficult times are responsible for everything.

If you only hold daily meetings, provide empty information, and it’s heavily spiced with blatant lies about “huge successes” – leave the position!
The country of growing lies must return to reality!
