Russia struck Dnipro, killing 5 people, 28 injured.

Russia struck a minibus in Zaporizhzhia, killing 3 people, 6 injured (in the photo).

In Kharkiv region, Russians struck a civilian car with an FPV drone on fiber optics, killing 2 people (including an 87-year-old man).

Just hit Kharkiv’s Holodnohirsk district with a KAB – already 1 dead and 5 injured (2 seriously).

So, three regions, just in these four incidents in half a day – 11 civilians killed and 39 injured. And not everything is even listed in the Kharkiv region.

In Sumy region today there are already 5 injured, including 3 people injured in a strike on a gas station in Hlukhiv…

Yesterday, Putin gave an interview, there is a very characteristic moment. Russians traditionally use the mirroring tactic. They preemptively accuse Ukraine groundlessly of what they themselves are doing, claiming all strikes are only “in response,” etc. The same applies to offers that Putin cannot admit to his subjects.

According to him, Ukraine proposed mutually refraining from deep strikes. This is supposedly Kyiv’s cunning tactic, as Russian strikes are much more destructive.
In essence, this is an offer from Moscow and it translates as follows: if you want us to stop killing civilians, stop strikes on oil refineries and military factories, stop resisting.

Russia’s actions are open terrorism.

The nuance is that Russians began killing civilians in Ukraine long before Ukraine had the opportunity to reach targets deep in Russia. And there is no reason to trust them.

As the heat increases, we can’t rule out increased strikes on city life-support systems.

Partners, especially on the eve of the NATO summit, must see and evaluate all of this correctly. Putin is not shy about lying to slow down unfavorable decisions, posing as a peacemaker.

This trick should not work again.
