Today everyone (April 6, 2026 – Ed.) was writing and watching about: Admiral Grigorovich, who turned out to be Makarov; the striking of the Sheskharis oil terminal in the same Novorossiysk, where the missed Makarov frigate was also stationed; and the very quiet news about the air-sea operation of our Navy and SBS on the Sivash drilling platform. There are many details showing the scale of the operation!
The Sivash drilling platform was used by the roosters to control the sea and air situation. A buffer zone to control our means en route to Crimea. Optical and radar control means were available. Security from elite units, firing at our BEKs is visible on the video. They also operated the available EW and air defense means. In a word, a good reconnaissance patrol with communication, intelligence, and countermeasures capabilities.
Scale: a large and important target, a large number of our means involved. The video shows unmanned boats, use of anti-ship missiles, long-range drones, and objective control drones!
Now about the means.
SBS as part of the 413 Raid Regiment worked with FP drones.
The BEKs turned out not to be Maguras, but Sargan 3000. In the final frames, it is clear it’s not a kamikaze boat, but a floating turret with a machine gun. The enemy was suppressed with small arms, I understand the shock of the special roosters when a machine gun fires from the sea, a drone flies from the sky, and several cruise missiles 😆.
Rockets – a very interesting moment in the video! You can clearly see a rectangular silhouette of the TPC, and as everyone knows, our Neptune ASM – has cylindrical TPCs. So it’s either a new Neptune with a parallelepiped TPC, or the Swedish RBS-15 anti-ship missile with a 200 kg warhead at a range of 200 km! And possibly this is the first such launch on the roosters with these missiles. I’m really looking forward to details from the Navy.
Therefore, the video of the operation on the Sivash installation excites me much more than another strike on a Caliber carrier or another strike on the Sheskharis terminal.
Yes, this is cool and already systematic, not a one-time job on the laptis, but the Navy today showed a unique operation with unique means of destruction.
