On the blue sign, the manufacturer apologizes: some sweets are not available today because a hit first destroyed the production, and then the warehouse.
People come in and ask about one thing or another, consultants reply “not yet, sorry…”. And here the key words are “not yet…”. They actually mean a lot. If you put aside the mental curses directed at the swamp aggressors from the dead-end branch of mammalian evolution, this “not yet…” sounds like “soon, we will clear the rubble, make adjustments, launch the workshop, and everything will be back… yes, ma’am, marshmallows too, and new bars…”. People nod and choose a substitute for what is not yet available. A couple of minutes, and there’s a line at the cashier.
Also, you know, if you add “hang in there” to the usual “thank you,” the girls at the cashier will smile, because they understand the support.
Being a manufacturer in Ukraine now is a gamble: today you have production, a warehouse, goods, clients, and tomorrow… you’re piecing together your charred plans, designs, ideas.
Value Ukrainian manufacturers – those who are still here, still producing – they are rightly insane. And many are of very high quality. Yes, you can buy something on Chinese “Temu” and similar. Supposedly cheap… But it’s the same China that, with Putin’s help, is trying to break us to mess with America, we understand that, right? And we also understand that every purchase from China is wind in Uncle Xi’s sails?
And simply, if any product is, in principle, of Ukrainian origin, buy your own. Because your own to your own for your own is right and very often much better quality than foreign.
