By increasing spending on weapons, on payments to the military, setting service terms, and organizing mobilization based on motivation.
The key is the budget.
Improving decision-making, funding not “their own,” but the best, not spending money stingily, but transparently.
The key is joint decision-making, preferably within a unity coalition.
Strengthening diplomatic pressure, sanctions, and blocking opportunities to bypass them.
The key is professional diplomacy, including parliamentary.
For now, they are trying to take a different path. To resolve everything with the forces of “servants” and their minions. So as not to share the result with anyone.
However, it has already become evident over seven years that this approach does not guarantee results.
