While all Russian channels of federal significance and small propaganda platforms talk about the blackout in Kyiv, which became a consequence of the fourth year of missile attacks on the capital of Ukraine, no one talks about the blackout in Murmansk.
Today in Murmansk it’s -16°C. Tomorrow -20°C… by the end of next week it will be -25°C.
Interestingly, the catastrophe was caused by the fact that for more than 40 years, no maintenance and repair of power line towers were carried out, which simply could not withstand the frost, ice, and wind at the beginning of 2026.
On the other hand, the strike on Kyiv on the night of January 24 cost the Russian budget an amount that would not only allow maintenance and repair of all power lines in the region but also replace all emergency sections with new ones. But no. War with Ukraine is more important.
| So Russia is entering the era of boomerangs. We don’t even need to conduct special operations in Murmansk and invent drones that could fly so far to mirror Putin’s terror. Russians themselves, with their silence and worthlessness, bring the technological catastrophe to their cities and villages because all federal budget funds are directed to the war in Ukraine.
Every strike on Kyiv is a dark Murmansk. Every strike on Kharkiv is a deserted Belgorod. Every arrival on Dnipro is a depressive Oryol. The important thing is that it will only get worse. And if Ukrainians are consolidated and gathered in the fight against terror and the aggressor, then Russians, losing their basic, primitive comforts, will at some point simply start feeding on each other. From Belgorod to Murmansk. There have been many such examples in history, but Russians learn nothing. |
Russians, the 1990s are not just breathing down your neck. No… It’s much worse. It’s practically an era of “red terror” knocking at your doors.
