Do we really have so many residents from Asian, African, or South American countries on our streets?
There would be some logic in launching such a campaign after the war. Our government does almost nothing to implement an effective demographic policy. My draft law on this has not been considered for years. No one is effectively engaged in the return of refugees, effective assistance to IDPs, or increasing the birth rate. After the war, reconstruction will require manpower, which will be lacking.
But now the armed forces need manpower.
To me, the answer is obvious. Some units of the armed forces, due to a lack of people, have started involving foreigners to defend Ukraine. The fighters of “Khartiia,” among others, openly write about this.
To disrupt this process, just as Russia disrupts its own mobilization process with the help of populists, corrupt officials, and useful idiots, Ukraine needs to be turned into a xenophobic, racist state. So that people from other countries are afraid to come here to work under contract with the armed forces.
All these clips from the networks, videos from demonstrations, and texts are spread both here and in the countries from which some units plan to recruit fighters.
The main goal is to drain the army.
Participating in any campaigns that do not allow the ranks of the armed forces to be replenished means playing into Russia’s hands.
