Today (May 7, 2026 – Ed.), Marina Poroshenko and I, along with the NGO Sprava Hromad, are surpassing the mark of 8 billion hryvnias in aid to the Armed Forces since the full-scale invasion began. 7 billion is the contribution of the Poroshenko Foundation. Over 1 billion is from Sprava Hromad. Together — eight.
We have invested 1.5 billion solely in FPV drones, “Bliskavky,” drops, fiber optics, and other combat drones. Research shows that each hryvnia causes the enemy losses 100 times greater than invested. So, our 1.5 billion amounts to 150 billion in losses for the aggressor’s army.
Today we’re donating another 28 million hryvnias to 11 brigades, battalions, other units, and a military hospital. This includes excavators, mobile sawmills, “Bliskavky,” “Vyrii,” “Stark Bomber,” “Starlinks,” generators, “Aspirin” detectors, laundry-shower complexes. All this saves lives and helps maintain the Ukrainian front.
Unfortunately, while we help the army, those who in the morning steal hundreds of billions at Mindichgate, Energoatom, defense, and banking sectors, in the evening go to impose sanctions against Poroshenko, then press the courts and hinder funding the Armed Forces. Stop doing this. Don’t hinder us from helping those who defend Ukraine.
And we will not stop — we will stay alongside the Armed Forces for as long as needed.

Yesterday paratroopers and artillerymen, scouts and stormtroopers visited our office for another batch of equipment. Eleven units working in the most challenging areas now. To meet their needs, Marina Poroshenko, the Poroshenko Foundation, and I spent more than 28,000,000 UAH.
It’s gratifying when the whole parking lot is filled with equipment that will ease the work of the military tomorrow on the frontline. There are excavators and mobile sawmills, because without building fortifications, defense is impossible. Hundreds of drones for different purposes and a lot of other equipment. In total, we are handing over:

▪️mobile complex based on a trailer,
▪️laundry-shower complex,
▪️100 FPV drones “Vyrii” on fiber optics,
▪️100 “Bliskavka” complexes,
▪️24 FPV drones “Stark Bomber,”

▪️50 “Aspirin” drone detectors,
▪️90 generators,
▪️10 charging stations,
▪️other electronics.
We continue our cooperation with the Armed Forces units, which we have been conducting since February 24, 2022. Although the authorities are still trying to annul the court decision that allowed us to unblock accounts to support the military. Those who themselves steal hundreds of billions in the ‘MinDigiGate’, at ‘Energoatom’, in the banking sector, and defense, have the audacity to interfere with our support of the military and the defense of Ukraine.
By May 8, our team managed to surpass the symbolic mark of 8 billion UAH in assistance for the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion. Primarily these are our funds from the Poroshenko Foundation, along with Marina. We are grateful to the NGO ‘Sprava Hromad’, which has managed to invest 1 billion UAH in the military during this time. Together, we continue to seek equipment abroad, order from Ukrainian manufacturers, and meet the daily needs of the units.
Let us not forget who upholds our state. Every day we must care for our warriors and hasten victory over the aggressor.

Meet: this soldier is Kateryna Ilnytska, the daughter of our Serhiy. Colonel Serhiy Ilnytskyi, a Kyiv City Council deputy from the European Solidarity party, who died in the war on August 22, 2023, in battle near Kurdiumivka.
We met her when our team once again delivered equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Kateryna joined the Presidential Brigade’s unmanned systems battalion, the ‘Khartsiz’ unit, in 2025. She carries out tasks in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Zaporizhzhia directions. Serhiy’s son is with the Hospitallers. Worthy children of a worthy father. They all work on the state’s defense.
It is painful to see how this war poisons more than one generation of Ukrainians. How people who were supposed to live their best lives are forced to go to the front. It’s not the first time I’ve met people who once drew pictures for the defenders at the front when they were children, and now receive such from little ones themselves, having joined the ranks of the Armed Forces. It hurts deeply.
But at the same time, it gives some strength and hope. Life goes on. A new, incredibly cool, and strong generation has grown up. Grown on the incredible example of true heroes, on the changes and decisions that were made. I think such a youth has a very bright future. And hence, Ukraine does too!

Imagine a country that is fighting for its life in the fifth year of a 12-year war. In this country, soldiers hold the front line every day. They pay with their health, nerves, youth, and sometimes everything.
Yet over these years, their payments have not been properly indexed. The dollar is almost at 45. There’s a war in the country. Prices are rising. But as always, there’s no money for indexing soldiers’ payments.
However, money is found for “checking,” “ebanking,” and dozens of beautiful programs that result in more presentations in the country but not more shells, drones, or justice.
For the fifth year, we have been saying one simple thing: the military levy should go to the military. Not for political whims or another program with a nice name and dubious meaning. But precisely where people think it goes when they pay it from their salary: to those who defend Ukraine.
And now there is the first result. The Budget Committee has finally recommended adopting a bill that directs military levy funds to a special fund — for payments to servicemen.
This is more than 200 billion hryvnias annually. 200 billion that should work not for the authorities’ PR but for the army.
The vote is next week. And here there will be no beautiful explanations. There will be a simple test: those for the army vote for it, those for populism make excuses.
The Ukrainian parliament must finally side with the military. Because in a country at war, priorities should not be in presentations or nice programs ending in “ing.”
First — the Army.
Then — everything else.
