Petro Poroshenko

Finally, after a harsh winter, spring has arrived. And with it, new challenges and new requests from the military for equipment and weapons.

We welcome the first rays of sun in our volunteer hub. It was here that we gathered aid for Kyiv residents who suffered from the cold. At the same time, large shipments of equipment were prepared for the front. Our office has been a center for aid not only this winter but for years before the full-scale invasion began.

In 2018, we created an open space where effective decisions were made regarding state development and our European integration movement. When COVID hit, hundreds of volunteers packed food kits for Ukrainians within these walls. From here, we sent ventilators to hospitals and protection for doctors. Back then, it seemed these were our biggest challenges.

On February 24, 2022, hundreds of volunteers from across the city began to gather at our office, receiving weapons and ammunition. We then decided to form the 206th Territorial Defense Battalion, which produced four brigade commanders, dozens of battalion commanders, and hundreds of heroes.

For the entire four years of the full-scale invasion, the European Solidarity office has been one of the largest volunteer hubs. Open to military and volunteers, gathering and sending hundreds of units of equipment to the front lines.

The total amount of aid provided from this office, as of March 1, is 7 billion 760 million hryvnias.

Today, we are sending aid worth 21,000,000 UAH from these walls. In 2022, the military referred to wheels as a treasure. And that’s true: wheels are critically scarce, and we’re “rebooting” entire units from winter tires to summer ones and vice versa. This time, it’s for airborne assault, artillery, mechanized, and airmobile brigades, an SSO unit, and a UAV battalion. Over time, our team has provided tires worth nearly 500,000,000 UAH to the military.

Along with the tires, we are also sending two tire-mounting complexes that operate on Run-flat technology, allowing movement after a puncture or loss of pressure.

Imagine if we were subject to a raider attack, dozens of units would be left without assistance. I thank these guys and girls that for 12 years we have supported each other and will not give in to external pests or local scoundrels.

We are doing everything possible to help defeat the enemy.

Glory to Ukraine!

In recent years, our team has been guided by the principle that assistance to the military always comes first. This includes regular volunteer trips, work on international platforms, and legislative initiatives.

Day by day, we continue to purchase, produce, and supply equipment to combat brigades. We have allocated nearly 8 billion hryvnias to the army’s needs: starting with body armor and helmets, and today, regularly procuring drones and excavators.

However, something that never disappears from the list of necessities is tires. Frontline roads, numerous shellings, and debris from enemy shells leave no chance for the long-term use of rubber.

So today, my colleagues, European Solidarity MPs, Iryna Herashchenko and Mykhailo Bondar, delivered a large shipment of tires to our combat friends. The frosts are retreating, so the brigades are replenishing their stocks and getting their equipment ready for summer.

In total, there are 722 tires on this site for KRAZs and URALs. Since February 2022, the units have received nearly 40,000 tires from the Poroshenko Foundation and the NGO Sprava Hromad, valued at half a billion hryvnias.

We are convinced that the state must work for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, so we remain advocates of military interests in the parliament and continue to do everything within our power for the front.

Along with Mykhailo Bondar, we had the honor of delivering greetings and, most importantly, such scarce truck tires from Petro Poroshenko to 20 units of various branches of the military. Among those who received assistance are artillerymen, paratroopers, and representatives of brigades from various front directions.

Since 2022, the Poroshenko Foundation, together with Sprava Hromad, has provided the military with 40,000 truck tires worth half a billion hryvnias! This figure is impressive. Even more impressive is the number of daily requests, inquiries, and orders to the foundation for tires, FPV drones, and other equipment that the state has not managed to supply the Army with.

With Mykhailo Bondar, we delivered another batch – 1420 truck tires from the Poroshenkos, talked to the military, and assured them that European Solidarity remains the main lobbyist and advocate for the Army in the Verkhovna Rada.

Thank you for the wonderful communication. Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

The “cargo wheels” program began in what seems like the distant year of 2023 by today’s standards. And it immediately triggered reflexive convulsions among the “green ones”. Oh, what “funny” comments there were. Oh, what videos on TikTok. Oh, how they sneered: “wheels are a treasure.”

Only, it turned out that they are indeed a treasure.

Due to the fact that the Ministry of Defense is unable to supply units with the most urgent requests (I’m not even mentioning strategic reserves). And because the lifespan of a wheel on military roads, heavily littered with debris… During one of the trips to the front, I managed to change all 4 wheels on my vehicle. Fortunately, experience immediately suggested bringing 4 (FOUR) spares along.

A lyrical digression from the main information. I’ll be honest and objective — I love reading the green mold’s comments about how Petro Poroshenko “promotes himself” by helping the Armed Forces. It’s a minor sadistic pleasure from realizing one’s own intellectual superiority. Sorry. I understand, it’s low. Yeah. End of lyrical digression from the main information.

Tens of thousands of cargo wheels over two and a half years. To be precise — 40,231 pieces as of today. Hundreds of millions of hryvnias of his personal funds (here the NGO “Sprava Hromad” didn’t even attempt). To be exact — 444,815,480 hryvnias. And the numbers are not “plucked from the air”. These are summaries of acts of acceptance and transfer with military units.

An extra cherry on the cake was that we also simultaneously created a serial project of cargo tire service complexes based on containers. Your donations go exactly here — to production.

It seems we were the first here as well. It seems we remain the only ones. We just really love logistics.

Yesterday, another 1,420 cargo wheels were delivered to over 20 military units. And three more tire service complexes, also new.

PR… Such PR.

Vitaliy Haidukevych

Quietly. Yesterday, there was a large transfer of property. Delivered from wheels, literally, because the day before, a huge number of wheels and workshops were brought to the location. And yesterday, they were loaded and handed over. Simply put, two dozen military units will be able to change the tires on their trucks. Simply workshops, thanks to which the military unit can fix many things on its own. Simply satisfied logisticians in the spring sun…

It’s not just resources—it’s all money. And if tires are the concern of the Poroshenko Foundation, then building the mentioned workshops is the concern of the NGO Sprava Hromad and… YOUR money. So thank you for this money—you made an everyday soldier’s life in the war a bit easier with your hryvnia. Zero pomp, zero pathos—an overabundance of benefits.
