Expressed sincere gratitude for the unwavering, powerful, and comprehensive support of Ukraine by the United Kingdom in countering ongoing Russian aggression and strengthening our military, economic, and democratic resilience.
We also discussed the situation in the Middle East and its implications for Ukraine and Europe’s security.

Expressed gratitude to Washington — the US Administration and personally to President Donald Trump — for supporting Ukraine and emphasized the importance of continuous attention and efforts to stop the Russian war against our state.
A wide range of issues was discussed: from the situation on the frontline and Ukraine’s current needs for effectively countering Russian aggression to further US support, particularly in the field of defense assistance and sanctions. Special attention was given to the negotiation process and the necessity to strengthen Ukraine’s positions both on the battlefield and at the negotiation table.
Support was expressed to the United States in their efforts to counter the Iranian regime, one of Russia’s key allies in the war against Ukraine. The more effectively these regimes’ abilities to coordinate their actions and strengthen each other are limited, the stronger both regional and global security will be.
We separately discussed the internal situation in Ukraine, particularly progress on the necessary reforms and strengthening democratic institutions.
